Disclosure Policy

As of October 2010, the Federal Trade Commission requires all bloggers to disclose any forms of payment they may receive. Here’s some more info about that if you are curious. From time to time, I like to run giveaways on my blog, so this is what I need to do to stay on the up and up. I also put affiliate links into my posts at times. I’ll let you know at the end of the post if there is an affiliate link.

When I run a giveaway, I usually have received a free product to review, and the company has sponsored a free product to give to one of my readers.  The review is my own opinion, and although the company in question may certainly read my text, they don’t edit or approve it in any way.  They also don’t compensate me for reviewing the product beyond providing me with a sample. Sound good?
